Provisioning an international call center

The international deployment of computers can be a real logistical headache for any company. Imagine the complexity of sending computers from your headquarters to a distant destination like Colombia, without the advantage of having a team on-site to handle the installation. That was the challenge we faced.

Challenge:

When we set out to provide a complete call center in Colombia, we quickly realized the logistical challenges we were facing. Shipping computers from our location internationally was complex and costly. Additionally, once the machines arrived at their destination, we didn't have a team on-site to perform the installation and configuration.

Solution:

This is where Autopilot comes in. Instead of grappling with the logistical challenges of traditional deployment, we chose to use Autopilot to remotely configure our computers once they arrived in Colombia. We were able to automate and streamline the configuration process, significantly reducing the time and costs associated with traditional deployment. Furthermore, we didn't need an on-site team to configure the computers, saving on labor costs.

In addition to simplifying the deployment of computers, Autopilot also allows us to maintain compliance with cybersecurity standards by automatically applying security policies to our computer fleet.

The international deployment of computers can be a significant challenge. We were able to overcome these obstacles and provide an efficient and rapid solution to our clients.
